How We Work
A custom Scope of Work is created for every project and our clients enter into a separate agreement with a different fee structure for each service type. Our Design + Build services are based on individualized project pricing and we offer monthly home maintenance memberships.

Our Full Service Process
When a client desires full-service interior design, construction, and continued care, we walk them through the steps of our full-service process to ensure a seamless journey from conceptual design, through construction, to caring for and maintaining your home.
Scope of Work Development
We begin with a paid in-person consultation with our team to walk through our processes, assess the project, and gather the necessary information to develop an extensive Scope of Work Proposal with an associated design fee.
Research Phase
The research + planning begins. Clients are set up in our project management systems, the site is measured + documented, interviews, questionnaires and inspiration gathered in order to determine overall design direction and solid timelines.
Design Development
All of the elements of the design are developed, sourced, and brought to life. This includes feasibility studies/ pre-construction consulting, schematic development, drawings + renderings, creative ideation + selections, presentation + review, investment + product management.
Construction + Procurement
Construction Scope of Work is created and bid. Product is procured, our team of contractors begin work with ongoing project management and design consulting.
Installation + Completion
Construction is complete, punch out lists are made and resolved, final installation of all items and furnishings and the project is finalized.
Care + Maintain
We’re in it with you for the long haul. For clients who wish to use our ongoing home maintenance services, a customized home care plan and membership is created.
