Giving Back.
We think that the home matters. There are many ways to say it but put simply, a house is just a building. It takes people living intentionally, infusing love and care, to make it a home. This may be an odd statement coming from a design-build firm, but we truly believe it. That’s why a portion of every dollar we make is donated to support local nonprofits in our community that are working to provide a home to people who may not experience one otherwise. The best part is, as a Holos House client, you get to choose where the contribution from your project goes. The two nonprofits below are so close to our hearts. They do amazing work and we would love for you to get to know them as well.
Shiloh Place
Shiloh Place is a ministry that comes alongside and deeply invests in single moms who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. Their mission is to equip them with financial independence and personal wholeness by addressing their physical, educational, emotional and spiritual needs in order to end the cycle of poverty for their family for generations to come.
Cornerstone Ranch
Cornerstone Ranch is a home and day program for people with special needs located on 42 acres in McKinney. Their programs are designed to build confidence, strengthen independence, and empower adults with disabilities to live abundant lives.
