When your need is the professional growth of a group of people, we deliver the best in training and development. We draw heavily on the concepts of emotional intelligence, intention, and personal integrity in training the key concepts of leadership, teamwork, and communication. Our goal is to help each student understand the fundamentals of becoming a person of influence.

Frequently used in modern therapy settings, our experiential model is the horse, a particularly sensitive and responsive animal.
In learning to work with the horse, students experience the importance of trust, listening, connecting, and empowering others. Should the student's leadership, teamwork, or communication be suboptimal, their equine partners react honestly and immediately. There will be no doubt about the success or failure of the student in "leading" or communicating with the horse.
(Students are NOT required to touch or ride the horses.)

As professional business coaches, we are trained in the precepts of world class coaching techniques. Just as an athlete's coach assists in his or her growth and performance, so we assist people in their personal and professional growth. We bring our experience as businessmen and adult educators to enhance their leadership skills, communication effectiveness, and presentation skills and technique.
Our process includes an initial written application, that helps us understand a person's specific goals and needs. From there we focus on the definition of "success" to be sure understand the client's true goals. We offer personal support to build a client's personal capabilities, and use our business experience to offer solutions or direction.
We generally meet with clients over the telephone. Sessions are every other week or twice per month, lasting 60 to 90 minutes.
